The cashier had an attitude and wasn’t listening to our order that we had to repeat 3 times. The food wasn’t prepared properly and the drinks were wrong. The cashier at drive thru had a stank attitude and said we were messing up his time at the window. We wanted our order fixed properly. Horrible service and the food wasn’t even warm and the fries were old. We will NEVER go to this place again. I eat at restaurants every day and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had in quite some time.

Food was raw,fries were burnt & very greasy. $33 for raw,tasteless food. Had to go back twice to get the right sandwich & it came out raw. Took it home & cooked it myself. I know you’re short staffed,but raw food isn’t good to serve to customers.

Ordered 2 of the jalapeno bites got cheese sticks instead and which charged for bites . Plus bread on chicken sliders were old and so was the bread on the half lbs beef . Usually something is wrong !

From the many years it’s been since I have ate or supported Arby’s I can safely say it’s gotten a lot better than when I was eating here. The quality of food has gotten 1000 times better!!!!! The service could be a little better but I understand these days with customer service and non living wage jobs.
