I ordered a thursday special. The person on the phone had no clue about it. Paid $11 for a single oversized pierogi. It was delicious but not worth $11. It would have been alright if it came with another pierogi or a side (not counting 2 leafs of lettuce as a side).

First time here. Came here around 11AM on a Saturday morning. Service was ok. Waiter gave us water in the beginning after we sat down, but the waiter did not come by to fill up our water once we ran out. We had to stop her and ask her to fill it up after the food was pretty much done… Took about 45 mins to receive our food.

My husband and I went to breakfast,we sat down and waited for 15 minutes and neither one of the 2 waitress even knew we were there. A party of 3 came in and sat in the booth next to us and was giving water and menus right away. While we waited the two waitress stood around talking to each other and the other 2 tables that were there. We will never go back there again. It’s too bad because we have been there a few times and it was good.

Recently under new ownership This is good old fashioned diner food. Good food and plenty of “local color”. Nice to have a restaurant with personality in a world of ho-hum fast food and national “neighborhood” chain franchises.

Delicious breakfast and lunch options; try their homemade breads, homemade French fries (to die for!), and amazing eggs Benedict. The staff are always very friendly and attentive- but not too attentive. We have never been disappointed at the Cozy Kitchen!
