Ordered a decaf iced latte, and I was handed a drink without any cream. Asked for the cream to be added to the latte and was handed another cup without the order tag on it. Now having heart palpitations from the drink not being decaf. Don’t waste your time here, they will just get your order wrong.

Espresso is like water. They overcharge for caramel and I noticed they hear a lot of people asking for extra caramel that’s because it’s not there in the first place! There needs to be like a line on the cup a recommendation line and then be on that line yes you can be charged for extra caramel. But I guarantee you could give everyone in the store an empty cup and have them put one pump of caramel even two and they’re all going to be different. I go to many locations every single day I have a boosted status this is the only location that I literally dread coming to and I have to worry about my coffee being caramel milk and tan colored water. And there has been one incident that I nicely asked a question or made a complaint and the owner wanted to ban me from the store. I am a manager myself it’s just the Inconsistencies that are super disappointing.

Waited at the drive thru window for 10-15 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was sitting there. My drinks were sitting there melting and people were walking around behind the counter and taking more drive thru orders but no one ever opened the window and said anything to me. I left without my drinks and will NOT be back.
