The manager was insisting I pay an additional $13 for an order. When it was already pending on my account. Due to their system having a glitch and not processing the payment. And wanted me to agree to cancel my order and be recharged again. After they have prepared the wrong pizza.

On 8/18/23 I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, with no bacon, I don’t consume swine, the reason I get it is because the other ingredients plus the ranch, so I received it and there was bacon on it, so I called and they said I don’t have no drivers I can credit you your money, I said I want my food not a credit!!!

The food taste horrible and the service was horrible I ordered three serious cheese pizzas with a few items which cost me $72 and change when I called to express my issue I was told by “Susie” instead of giving me some sort of discount she insisted that I asked for Less sauce next time. that’s all the help I received after spending almost $100 I should have just stuck with Little Caesar’s smh. I should have read the reviews before ordering.
