I would like someone to explain to me how a chicken joint is out of chicken on a Friday at 5pm? The service and food quality have steadily been declining. Do not waste your time trying to call them, they wont answer the phone and there in no voice-mail set up. Can’t in good conscience recommend this KFC.

First time ordered 16 piece chicken family meal and some other things. They forgot food. Didn’t put lid on gravy and it spilled all over my car and burned by daughter’s hand since she was holding the bags… Went back . They remade my food .. didn’t offer refund or even ask if my daughters burned hand was ok.. food they remade.. chicken was still bloody… Only filled potatoes halfway…Mac and cheese was scorched and black .. biscuits was hard.. no butter .. no honey .. no napkins.. don’t waste your time or money. I will be calling the higher up then manager that didn’t care on duty..

It takes forever. I matter the time of day at this location. Heads up they stop KCF at 9:45 pm every night, and most usually after 9:45 they can not make anything on Taco Bell side that requires fried.

It is 2pm on a Sunday afternoon may 6th and I have been waiting in the drive thu for over 35 minutes.. this is ridiculous.. please hire better help or address this issue. Chicken and tacos are not that hard to make in a more reasonable time frame

Two visits ago they forgot both my mashed potatoes and gravy sides to the 20+ chicken tender family meal. I called and someone took my name, told me next time I go it’ll be made right. Last visit this past weekend they did exactly that. Love KFC

We ate dine in there today, food and service was great. Even tho the drive thru was very busy, we still got food quickly. I’d been wanting to go for awhile but hadn’t been to this town since I found out there was one here. Was not disappointed, everything tasted great and orders were correct. Friendly helpful staff. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.
