Today i got the shredded beef taco salad… its was good!! It had great flavor!! I also have a thing for ground beef tacos and it was pretty good as well. The chips and salad are a 2 thumbs up. I have eaten at Super Mex for years but the Cypress locations was not my favorite but this place is way better!!! I will be coming back! Oh and they don’t put a bunch of filler in their Guac.

Same location as Super Mex but much much better. My husband had the albondigas soup and said it was delicious. I had a cheese enchilada and it was very good but the shredded beef taco was hands down the best. The meat had a lot of flavor, was tender and delicious. We’ll be back. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Okay so I added one star for the friendliness of the guy who helped me. I ordered the carnitas plate. In that container I had a small amount of pork, a small amount of beans and same for rice, each in its own compartment. So for $14(?) I had a small amount of food. I was thinking that maybe MAYBE it was going to be somewhat like the SuperMex it replaced. It was not. The carnitas were way too salty-almost inedible by itself…and I love salt. The beans were mediocre, and the rice tasted like it came from a box of rice a roni, except it was taken off the heat a few minutes early. Oh yeah and the salsa was too sweet. My wife had Chile relleno burrito, and she said it was almost all beans and a clump of rice. Not sure if they ran out of things, but unfortunately we were just not impressed in the least.

i ordered taco plate hard shell , it was deliious and the salsa is amazing, I also like they have stubborn soda , so you can pick from some all natural sodas with lots of different flavors
