I’ve avoided this location for a long time due to poor quality. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance and I really wish I didn’t. Spent a little over $60 for our meals, and 2 of them were fine and the other 2 were not. I paid for guac on one bowl, but there was no guac to be found, so that was a nice up charge for nothing The other bowl (which was mine) had a huge wad of long hair in it that I discovered in my mouth I tried reaching out and was prompted to text with a damn “pepper” The issue with the missing guac was taken of, however, the HAIRY CHICKEN BOWL was not I’m being generous by giving y’all 1 star…you can thank the talking pepper for that.

I hope this manager isn’t rated on Google reviews. Only leaving a 1 to get someone’s attention in upper management and/or corporate. Chipotle allows way to many online orders… there’s 8 people working here right now… the line is 20 people deep and the online order tickets are draped to the floor. The staff has a great attitude and everyone is hustling… the customers could be a little kinder.. but.. I couldn’t imagine being an employee here. That said, it’s refreshing to see a young group of kids working this hard as a team and busting their tails with the right attitude. Big Kudos to store management.

This chipotle is quite literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. Management is terrible. Food is mid. I have been taking my son here for the past couple weeks after his practices and they are always cleaning up with their dining room hours before close so I am unable to eat in their dining room. Everyone working here must hate their jobs because cleaning up that early is obsurd. Something in their management needs to be more strict because I am sick and tired of the way they run their restaurant.

Spent almost $60 on 3 bowls, 2 burrito bowls and a salad bowl…doordashed because I don’t have my car right now whatever…wrong ingredients on the wrong bowls…charged for queso I never got…the one was a steak bowl-hardly anything in it…really pissed especially when you spend that kind of money…can’t really do anything about it because well no car at the moment…this store is trash do better

Dunkirk does it best. By far the best chipotle in Maryland. I tell other people about this locations it’s so good. If you get double tortilla the burritos are extra big. 5 stars, thanks Dunkirk keep up the great work
