A hidden gem! The service, food, drinks and atmosphere were outstanding! The owners have maintained the historic charm and ambiance of the building in downtown Bertram, while creating an environment that is warm and welcoming. The venue was busy all night, so a reservation is strongly suggested. The live music was a treat as well!

This place is absolutely amazing & delicious!!! The service was unbelievable!!! Hope was our waitress whom was experienced & knowledgeable!!! The fillet & ribeye melted in your mouth & the sides were delish!!! The chef is very passionate about his servings…the best fillet I’ve ever had!!! Drinks are made fresh!!!

What a gem!! We are so lucky to have a nice new restaurant like this in Bertram. The staff are friendly and treat you like family. The food is DELISH, and you better not leave without trying one of their signature drinks! Be sure to make a reservation for Friday nights when there is a show at The Globe because the place gets packed!!

We finally have a truly 5-star restaurant in the hill country. Though there is room for improvement management is working on it, the food was a gourmet presentation and cooked to perfection. Save your shorts and baseball caps for a bbq joint, and wear your dress/shirt, boots, and hat. Thanks The Standard. We look forward to more!

What a beautiful spot for dinner and drinks!! Great service and vibes and absolutely delicious food and drinks! We had the bruschetta, wedge salad, ribeye, and broccolini and every bite of it was so good. Love seeing this old spot converted into something beautiful and fun, while still preserving the original history and look and feel to it. This is going to be our new hangout and dinner spot.
