I was dissapointed again. Try our bourbon bbq rib sandwich the sign said. Sorry, we are out of ribs says the clerk at the counter(Friday at lunch on a holiday weekend…really). Second choice was roast beef with cheese, my friend ordered a classic roast beef. The meet was dry and barely warm. the service was slow at best and there was only 2 other people in the place, still took more than 10 minutes to get our food. They only had 3 people working the entire resturant on a Friday during lunch hour and on a holiday weekend. It was a mediocre expeirence and a reminder of why I don’t go to Arby’s very often.

Fast, fresh, and friendly service. Needing a bite to eat before heading for Deception Pass hiking, Arby’s was nearby, and provided us a wonderful quick bite. The gentleman working was polite and patient.

My Pregnant Wife And I Stopped By Oak Harbor Arby’s and Waited In Line Close to 15 mins and To Our Surprise They Were Out Of Roast Beef??? There is A Back Door And They Could Have Come To Our Car So We Didn’t Have To Waste Time. They Didn’t Even Ask If We Wanted A Different Order? Very Slow and The Customer Service Was Not There.
