Great food, friendly staff, very clean inside & out. Clean restrooms. Dine-in or take-out or drive-thru. Lobby closes at 7:00 pm. They do not post a sign about that so I had to get back in my car and drive back around the building to go through the drive-in. When the lobby closes they need to put out a cone in the entrance that says Lobby closed use drive-thru as I am in a wheelchair and you know what that involves getting in and out of a car.

Fast and delicious, was not disappointing. Everything was hot and exactly what we ordered. I usually get a cheeseburger and cheese curds because I love cheese. The chicken basket is a classic favorite of my partner so he always gets that. Something to note is that the employees are different on different days, just like any other fast food chain; and sometimes they run out of things such as chicken tenders, sauces, ect. Just like any established business would if it was serving hundreds of people every single day.

Said they were open until 8. We arrived after a volleyball game at 7:35; dining room was closed and they simply weren’t taking orders at the drive-up. A gentleman in front of us knocked on the drive-up window and the kid working said they were in fact taking orders, got back in line and sat there for another 5 minutes with another person in front of us who also never got helped. If the sign says closes at 7:30, that may be helpful for customers…I wouldn’t have written a negative review if you were simply closed.

Horrendous experience with simply buying a birthday cake. I ordered a custom spider man cake on January 7th, to be picked up on January 27th. My email advised me to check in with the location to ensure they got the request 24 hours ahead of pickup. I went in person to verify this, the sweet kid at the counter had to call the manager to verify, she told him yes, I will have it done tomorrow.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. We ordered, waited 22 minutes and they still didn’t even start making ours but orders after us started coming out and so we asked about it and they were very rude so we ended up asking for a refund. Not one of them said sorry and it was just very disappointing. I get they’re under staffed but when we’re waiting right in the lobby in view of the counter and they didn’t even start ours and have other orders come out who order after us it is frustrating.
