Worked a Saturday morning then ran errands, then outta town for obligations. Came back to North Fargo and decided to try the North Fargo’s Domino’s Pizza…I usually go to South University Domino’s and had very few problems with them…So I expected the same quality with N.Fargo Domino’s and I was hungry. So I went with a previous order online of Parmesan Bread Twists with a 5 Cheese Blend for dipping. They said 12 minutes to finish and they did that, hence the extra star. Unfortunately when I got home in South Fargo, I got no Parmesan on the bread twists and about half the dipping cheese sauce. This is unacceptable! Check out the 2 photos for visual aids.

Seeing that there are mixed reviews, I felt it important to speak up when things go well. Even two of my kids (who go to NDSU) advised that the Dominoes to the north can take a while and lose track of stuff, but I still gave them a chance.

Ordered online three different times; says order failed and directs me to call store number. Each time I called store it routes to call center. I ask the call center if the store is simply too busy to accept delivery orders at this time. Call center worker looks up the store and says no they are accepting orders. I go through the entire order process by phone including payment and the payment process goes through and the call center worker is confused – it says order cannot be processed. She routes me to the store phone and they cancel the call without answering. Happened to me three times. If the store isn’t accepting orders due to volume, figure out a way to have that show on the app or to the call center so people don’t waste thirty minutes of their life while they could order from somewhere else. Garbage service.

Dominos pizza 19th ave n fargo has SLOW SLOW SLOW delivery. They took 4 hours the first time so when I complained they offered a $20 discount which lead to the next purchase which they did not even give me the discount they offered. The second time it was only 2 and a half hours to get my pizza. I realized they just dont have enough drivers and they had a big sale that week. But they were rude about lied multiple times about it being on the way. Even making things up ha. Totally changed my mind about them because of the way they treated me when they brought me a cold for $30 1 pizza cold 4 hours. Try em if you like hahaha

Really sad, I ordered for delivery, the order was accepted stated 40 minutes for delivery. 2 hours later the tracker states its still being prepared. I tried calling the store to no answer. Finally the messaging system when I called again states the store is closed. No phone call, no order rejection, no food. My card was charged. I’ll be calling in the morning to raise some questions to the manager and get my money back.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pizza for delivery, estimated time was 30 mins. 1 hour and 30 mins later they were not picking up the phone, decided to drive to the store. Once there, they had 1 guy making pizzas and 1 driver..all the while the phone was ringingoff the hook…on a Saturday night. He had not made the pizza yet so he was so kind enough to make our pizza after an hour and half of waiting. Why wouldn’t you tell people of the increased wait times? Why is there 1 dude working on a Saturday? So much incompetence. Will never be ordering from this store again.
