Moved our son into his dorm, and tried BG Burgers for the first time (lunch). It was good! I had the Shroom & Swiss and crisper fries. All the burgers seemed well-crafted and carefully prepared. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Atmosphere was good but not great, despite the nice BG photos on the walls. Tip: if eating in, sit in the front or the back, so you’re not right by the bathroom door. Delicious burgers, we’ll be back!

There is not a whole lot you can say about a burger place. They had a variety of different burgers. We both got bacon attack burgers and they were really good. The meat was fresh and it tasted fine. The onion petals in fry’s were both good. I feel as if it expensive for what it is.

I wish I had better words to say about this place. I had high hopes after eating there for the first time in a while, and was very let down. I ordered the Tribeca burger, remembering how delicious it used to be. Unfortunately, my burger was unseasoned and overcooked, my arugula was slimy and rotten, and the bacon jam was not on par with how yummy it used to be. My husband ordered a BYO, and his patty was unseasoned and broken in several places, making it impossible to eat without a fork. We specially requested the ranch chips be lightly cooked and they were burnt. Bright side, the line cook was very nice and pleasant. The friendly staff and the fries are honestly the only things to save this from a one star experience.

Honestly, the food here is mediocre at best. I was going to leave an average review, but seeing how the owner reacts to poor reviews is something I’d expect from a 7 year old running the account. Yikes. So now, he gets a 1 star review. And definitely never my business nor my families again. Maybe he’ll grow up and learn how to take constructive criticism one day!!

I would love to rate higher, but they are off the mark. The burger meat taste was blah, needs seasoning, or better meat. Unsure if frozen or pre-made patty, or “fresh.” Buns are very good, and options are plentiful. Chips are made and served warm. I noted they were much better the second day after drying out as they were soft and greasy when served. Like a flat French fry that needs salt. Ranch chips were the ones that were better the following day. Jalapeño poppers and fried pickles are fresh made. They need a little help but tasted good. I really hope to give them another try, but it is unlikely… we lost faith in the second order I took to go, a steak sandwich, which, again, was just off… Please do better so I can make a go-to place for myself and my family!

Picked up dinner on 07/23 and when we got home, noticed they forgot a burger. When we called to let them know, they said “we can’t do anything about it. We’re leaving as soon as we close. You can come get a refund tomorrow.”

By far the best burger I have had in a while. I’m a pretty plain burger type of guy. So I’m really picky. I’ll be coming back alot more often. Great first time experience with great staff. Sixx took care of me along with the rest of the great staff. Smiling happy employees make customers happier.

First time here and it was a great experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful with the menu. Nik was awesome and gave us great information and history! The food was excellent and cooked perfect. I like the fact you can get a burger anyway you want it and a menu that helps guide if you need options or suggestions. Recommend this place!!
