The employee attempting to make our food was incredibly rude. He rushed us in ordering and didn’t even listen when we told him what we wanted. When I couldn’t hear what he asked me he treated me like I was stupid then rudely asked if he could move on to making the next item. He insulted another employee on the line and was told by who I assume was the manager to stop. We left without any food. Disgusting treatment of customers.

The employees were so rude and didn’t seem to know anything about Moe’s. They also kept talking poorly about each other directly to the customers. On top of that, I asked if adding queso cost extra and they said no, but the cashier charged me for it anyway. Also, the burrito and bowl I ordered had barely any food in it. Waste of my time and my $30.

It was my first time having Moe’s. The chicken bowl was great and so were the chips and salsa are (free with any entree). Only thing that seemed a little disappointing was Friday at 5 PM I was the only one dining in. Hopefully it was just a slow period of time, I’d hate to see someplace with such good food and service go under.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had here. Haven’t been in Years and the one night I do go they were EXTREMELY rude to my sister , nephew and I. Had to wait 4-5 minutes just for the “manager” to stop gossiping about what seemed to be coworker drama and was slamming the oven door. Then while ordering was rushed and had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times for something as simple as beans. 0/10 never will go again. Over priced and terrible people.

The food was good but the service was poor. A couple of workers made our quesadillas and a guy got our queso, then they all left, and we were standing there waiting for 7-8 minutes. Even the guy who got my queso gave me the wrong size. A nice guy with good customer service ended up coming back from the kitchens and didn’t realize we were waiting there for our food and to check out. He was a good employee, can’t remember his name though. He apologized and things were fine. It’s not a big deal but was annoying to be forgotten like that, when they were all there helping us a moment before. Can’t say anything bad about the food though. They have great queso.

I usually love Moe’s and the people there are really nice. The service is usually very quick too. But the speed of service has decreased ten fold. I go in the store at around 12:13 and leave at 12:36. That’s pretty unacceptable for a fast food place, especially if someone’s on a timed lunch hour. There needs to be more workers or at the very least an actual effort to make the food as quick as possible.

This Moe’s is not good. We have visited on different days, different times, and ordered different food items. The staff is not knowledgeable and does not keep with the traditions that are practiced at other locations. Last time we were there they tried to tell me a kids meal didn’t come with chips!
