cups were soapy, food took forever and was STILL WRONG, they gave us drinks 10 minutes after they have us or food. a lot of people coming in, not getting served then leaving cause it took too long. do NOT eat here dude my food was $33 for two 600 cal “meals”. just go to canes or Jack in the box please… don’t give these people your money.

Our first and last time to eat here. We were seated quickly,and then it was downhill from there. It took over an hour to get our food, and the manager went into the kitchen, we got our food in about another 10 minutes. After waiting to get our food. Don’t waste your time here, there is so many other options.

IHOP only had 4 tables with customers. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not very clean it took forever to get the food the omelet was flavorless and over cooked the bacon cheeseburger was raw and had to be sent back, it took forever to get the cheeseburger back.

I have to say, I was a little skeptical seeinf the now hiring sign in the window, thankfully I was surprised! The wait for a party of 3 was only 15min on a weekend morning. The coffee came to the table only minutes after being seated. The waiter came by several times to check on us and refill coffee, very attentive. Of course the meal is important. The food was served hot and came out together. The food was as good as it is at any IHOP, so no disappointments there – we knew what we were getting into. Now the place is very new, and it is real clean. Management appears to have a good handle on this location.

Worst dining experience EVER. Do not go to this location. Told 15 min. wait took an hour. Food took over an hour. No silver ware! had to be issued plastic ware. Pancakes on a side plate. My Buffalo Chicken sandwich cold no ranch, asked 3x. One party still does not have his 55+ Turkey Sandwich after the whole tables food was delivered. Absolutely terrible.

Even though the customer service was terrible the first time, we decide to give it another try in hopes it would get better. We were sat pretty quickly but after 7 min of sitting, NO ONE came to greet us or offer drinks. I knew then that the experience was going to be the same so we decided to leave. The servers are SO SLOW at this location, and there were only 4 other tables with customers. I don’t understand it. I’m so sad because I love IHOP but I won’t be going to this location again.

You know, you’d expect a ihop that looks new to have good service and upkeep, this one however is a complete anomaly. Confusingly really dirty despite the low number of tables seated. I was really surprised to see so many workers as well. It took 5 minutes for someone to actually take my order. (A very simple one, chicken n waffles) and to my utter surprise, a whole 20 minutes to actually bring it to my table. (I recorded the time). And to add on top of the ridiculousness, my waffle came out cold, flaky and a complete mess. How do you screw up making waffles? There was no more than 6 other people than me in that restaurant. This wasnt any rush hour. This is completely unacceptable, do NOT trust any 5 star reviews. Quite possibly the worst Ihop I’ve been too in years.
