I’ve come here plenty times but today they were sloppy, very sloppy. The girl who normally runs the register was the cook, and that was probably where the mistake lyes. I’ve ordered the nachos many times and was very pleased, however the cooks were different. No one had a nasty attitude about my complaint however I absolutely hate that they put her on the grill and she got my food all wrong, money wasted. I did ask for everything on the side, but I wish I had a photo of the last nachos I ordered three days in a row because they were amazing. Take her off the grill!

Every time we go to the west Bank we attempt to try new places to eat each time. This place’s main thing is, quantity. They don’t use a chopped steak, opting instead for ground beef… but they give you a lot of it. The bread is good, the fixings on it were fresh and tasty, they use a mayo that flows nicely into the hot beef. It made for an overall fairly good Philly. There are better ones out there technically yes, but for this price point and the quantity you get, its a very solid lunch option. The highlight for us was the house sauce. I’m a huge sauce nut and wow was I impressed. Fries were cooked to order and melodies perfect with the house sauce. The service is standard counter service and the actual restaurant sitting space is cheap and not much effort put in. But that’s not the point of this place at all is it? Its a quick, affordable and overall pretty decent Philly spot. Give it a try.

I recently made a purchase, while waiting for the food,I couldn’t believe my eyes. An employee was sitting at a table in the back eating ice and using her phone while wearing gloves-she probably will not be changing before returning to work. What really disturbed me was that the young man preparing the food had come from outside of the establishment and went directly over to prepare my food.

Delicious overstuffed cheese steak sandwiches. The steak is my favorite, but I’ll switch to the chicken and shrimp (also delicious) to avoid too much red meat. They have other things, but I can’t get past the sandwiches. Easier to get to since they are in a storefront the neighborhood, not in the big mall anymore.

My coworkers and I are from Texas. We are here for work and ran across this place about 2 months ago. We make it a point to eat here at least once when we are in town. One of the best phillys I’ve had. The Tia sauce they have is the bomb!

Great customer service! I placed my order while still in the back of Marrero. I told the lady over the phone that I wouldn’t be there for 15 min. She knew when I walked in the door that I was the phone order, and they made my Philly right on the spot. I’ve always loved their Philly’s! I’ve been a repeat customer for years!!
