Came here because it was convenient. Not crazy about my food at all. Burrito was a bit too soggy. I think the juices from the chicken were a bit too drippy. Might try the quesadilla next time. Pretty good queso.

This is one gem of a place! It is clean, food is yummy with great proportions and prices are decent! Basically ticks all the boxes of what you want in a restaurant. We got the fish tacos, the fish burrito and guacamole. Everything was super nice and tasty.

Delicious! Big burritos bursting with flavor. The chips that come with your burrito are fresh, warm, and slightly salty – yum! Didn’t care for the salsa, I thought it was bland. The queso side is good. I really liked the grilled chicken burrito which had more than just chicken: beans, rice, pico, etc. It was great! I got mine hot on the spice scale which maybe next time I’d get mild. They call the burritos “California style burritos.”

Absolutely delicious! Faster burrito folding than Chipotle. I couldn’t even fill my drink before they were calling be back for my food! The dips were pretty small but the burrito is so big you won’t even have room for sides anyway. Generous portion of meat! Definitely seasoned. Will be going back!

Super delicious authentic food and the portion sizes are huge. This is my favorite burrito shop hands down. I don’t make it to Raleigh much anymore, but when I do I always try to stop into Baja Burrito.

Small California style burrito spot with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable. It is a local staple. Food is much better than the chain burrito restaurants in the area.

Some of these reviews are ridiculous so I had to leave my own. My husband and I eat here VERY often (up to 3x/week if we’re in the mood) and we have been since 2015. I have literally never been disappointed. Not once. In seven years, not one complaint. Best fish tacos I have ever had, I crave them all the time. The hot sauce is wonderful, and far from flavorless as one reviewer claims. If you can’t tolerate heat, maybe don’t order your food with hot sauce? It’s literally so good. I’ve also had the birria quesadilla, which was delicious as well. This place does not disappoint, don’t listen to the haters their taste buds are broken ❤️

I’ve been going here since DP Dough was a comic book shop called “Amazing Tales”. That is probably going to mean nothing to almost everybody, and that’ll tell you how long I’ve been eating here haha. Going up to Baja Burrito after hanging out at the shop is such a fond memory. We don’t have the comic shop anymore, but at least we have Baja.

We’ve loved Baja since we found it 24 years ago. We moved from Raleigh a while back but still make a point to grab some burritos whenever we’re passing through.

Their food is excellent, but they don’t have good customer service skills. I had to shout out a hello for them to stop talking to each other and come help me. On top of that, they give out chips, but can’t give you the sauce without paying for it.
