Used to be 5☆! New crew, new attitudes, new relationships and flirting, nasty tables, sloppy food! I couldn’t even eat the pizza I ordered and will not be back until this crew has moved on! Even if I could pick this soggy mess up, who’d want to eat that? If I wanted hot sauce on a piece of bread, I could have made that myself! Maybe put someone on the register who has a personality, too… not an angry person! The buffet was bare, too! Corporate says to contact them but it does no good, I tried that and no call back

That was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had eating out. I’ve been to this location a few times before with no problems. Today, however, every table was either taken or full of dirty dishes. No one was cleaning tables. We had to clean our own table and chairs. There was food a day trash all over the floor we found flies and hairs in the noodles and Alfredo sauce and in our cups of ice as well. In spite of my previous experiences, I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. Ever.

Decided to take a trip back down memory lane with this one. It was exactly how I remember Cicis pizzas was back in highschool albeit the pizza was a little more greasy than I recall. This location had super friendly workers and kept the tables and pizzas bar area very clean. Aww both kids and a few adults enjoying the arcade area too! All you can eat hot pizza and a trip down memory lane for $7.99 is a steal!

Very clean, very fresh buffet. You can request a pizza that’s not on the buffet and they’ll make it fresh, but this location is pretty slow at delivering it. 20 minutes+ wait for a special request, but they make a really good pizza. Lots of sauce and toppings and the cheese bread is delicious. Recommend the chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza and meat lovers flatbread. Don’t eat the spinach pizza!
