My first time ordering. Opened the steak and found a black hair wrapped around cheese. I couldn’t even pull out. So disappointing. I won’t order again. I posted a pic of the whole steak to show I didn’t even take a bite.

Food was horrible. The ketchup tasted sour. The inside of the place was dirty and the bathroom was worse. There wasn’t any soap or paper towels. It was some watered down soap mixed with water. The service wasn’t friendly at all.
