This location seems to be slipping since the re branding to just a Taco Bell. I was very pleased with the first few visits. It seemed like everyone in the drive thru paid then was parked somewhere. The order taker was delivering orders and ended up talking to one car for a while. Where is the manager?

So I came here at around 10:39am on July 16th, 2023. Normally this taco bell never has any issues serving breakfast till 11am like THEY SAY THEY DO. Have come here plenty a time to get my steak breakfast crunchwraps. Anyways on this day I come once again expecting to get the same service I always got which was great and without delay. Ordered 2 breakfast steak crunchwraps just for some employee with an attitude to tell me breakfast isn’t being served anymore. Mind you they have signs literally everywhere claiming they do breakfast till 11am and I come here all the time to get it but today for some reason I was denied the breakfast. It’s 10:39am so surely you’d think they’d at least serve a few more people right? Wrong. I proceed to tell the lady with an attitude that it’s 10:39am and I come here all the time to get breakfast at this time and never had a problem. She proceeds to again with an attitude tell me that they stopped at 10:30am and that she’s the store manager and she can stop serving breakfast whenever she wants to. I simply drove off. Whoever this store manager is should be reminded that taco bell serves breakfast till 11am. The place was absolutely empty so it wasn’t even like they were busy to begin with. This is pure laziness and how this person got to be store manager is beyond me. She was absolutely rude, disrespectful, and throwing around her status as a taco bell store manager around as if that’s some great feat or something. I have no idea why this lady was chosen as store manager but clearly the power of being one got to her head to the point where she thinks she can speak to customers however she wants to and disregard taco bell policy just cause of her position. I don’t plan on returning after this encounter and this lady needs to be reprimanded for her horrible work ethic. As store manager she represented taco bell in the poorest way possible.

Understaffed and cold hard food. My Crunchwrap supreme was practically burned. Taco Bell has truly gone downhill over the past few years and I won’t be back. The service abs quality of food at all locations are the same.

The staff here was great they were very considerate and friendly. I have been through the drive thru here as well as ordered inside as well as picked up a couple door dash orders and each time the experience has been positive. Food could be put together a little less sloppy and do make sure they don’t forget your drink!

I always love me some taco bell. I have a love/ hate relationship with the order kiosk. I miss ordering with a human. Now the prices have gone way up despite me doing all the work of the counter person. But I will love taco bell til I die!!

Not faster than cooking at home!!! They need to double this stores size or make another one within 5 miles because this wait every single time is ridiculous. I just waited 25 minutes in line to get my food I already ordered an payed for , and that was just to get to the audio box in the drive thru to tell them I had a pickup order. They told me to pull around to the side in a parking space which is common and normal, I get that, but there’s 5 other cars waiting . How long have they been waiting? How long do I still have to wait? What happens if I fall asleep? I was already falling over in Walmart because I haven’t eaten in too long, that’s why im trying to pick up FAST FOOD, not slow food.

Just avoid. Been a couple weeks since I walked in this location and I’m still regretting it. It’s freshly remodeled and even has the kiosks where you put in your own order. You would think that would speed things up but it just seems like they got even slower since they added them. Then they still somehow messed up my order twenty plus minutes later as they didn’t add in guac on my chalupas and didn’t seem thrilled about making my freeze drink either. Not like I have high expectations going into any Taco bell experience but this was even subpar for them.

Food was cold and tacos seemed to be lightly packed as is the store was low on supplies(meat cheese) I was able to eat tco she’ll and work my way down to the bottom to enjoy ingredients…I think someone needs to make sure staff is properly trained on how to stuff a taco and how to properly make sure food is nice n warm

Managers obviously don’t care. Constantly understaffed, orders take forever to make even during off-peak hours, missing items, and they don’t do mobile orders in the drive thru anymore. I know there’s a low bar set for Taco Bell, but this location somehow doesn’t even go over that.
