Just what you expect from this chain. Money matters to us so we ordered the cheap items. Filling and good, even if not quite yummy. It made for a low-cost dinner. We had splurged for a big lunch, so we were satisfied with out Taco Bell dinner.

This is one of the few places in Springfield that is open late. I always stop in here before heading on home from a trip back from St. Louis, whether it be the Airport or a concert. I never have a problem getting my food quickly and correctly. The staff are always nice and friendly which doesn’t happen everywhere. I will continue to stop here when I’m passing though late at night.

Orders are rarely correct. If you pay extra for add-ons, they are rarely added to your order. This tends to be in the evening, The amount of toppings tend to be half of what you get during the day shift as well (if you even get the toppings you are supposed to) on your items. Skip this Taco bell after lunch. Go to another store. It will be worth the drive.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but seriously guys I pay extra for steak and get barley any steak we have missing food drive thru guy high as hell I go to Taco Bell all the time but this was awful paid for extra meat on my Crunchwrap to and had the same problem barley any meat ! Picture is supposed to have rice sour cream cheese and EXTRA steak…. Just don’t go at night day crew is WAYYYYYYYY better

I wanted to order from the website. The website was down so I went to the drive thru since it was my only option late at night. I explained to the order taker the website was down and wanted to order just one item. I was told no. I worked in food service and know you can bend the rules even slightly to help a customer out. Turns out this wasn’t the case tonight. Awful service with awful food hardly deserves a star. I went with a cheesy gordita crunch with black beans. The thing was mostly taco shell with hardly any toppings and the smallest amount of beans. Anywhere is better than this place when you’re on a budget.
