We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Updated Review 1/7/23 since they asked me to try again – ordered a meal w/ 2 *double* rally burgers with cheese *through the app* so there’d be no rush or confusion. Zero other cars there when I arrived. Checked the receipt on the bag while there. Get home with the sealed bag, both are singles. So I paid extra for the doubles and didn’t get them. Yeah, so, thanks “Rally’s Owner” but you’re 0 for 2 in back to back weeks. Second pic attached with todays failure.

I don’t know how y’all do it but every single door dash order I’ve made it’s messed up one way or the other usually never have marinara with my cheese stick 6pice which should come with 2. I use to work at rallys in new Albany and Checkers in Florida. It does not take a genius to work fast food 99% common sense people. Fix pay rates maybe get better working employees. (Edit- Can’t even call the number they have it off the hook so can’t even try to tell them there mistake to maybe not do it again)

For a fast food place that fries most of their food as you order it. Some how my Mozzarella sticks and fries where both cold. They use this automated ordering system in the drive though now that makes you worry if your order is taken properly. The atmosphere is also really poor this location is in desperate need of a face lift

Not sure what’s up with the automated drive thru thing. It never works for me and I wouldn’t want to use it anyway. When I’m desperate for a burger I’ll skip it and order at the window but honestly it mostly makes me avoid this location. Hope you guys go back to traditional ordering cuz the owner seems to want to improve the place and it is nice to have a Rallys around the corner from my home

Got 2 double rally w cheese burgers and a small cherry coke at about 12 a.m., and the burgers were cold. The bread was stale kinda like the girls attitude in the drive-through window. Won’t be back to this location. Managers need to pull expired buns and coach order takers on how to properly greet customers, and the cook should be coached on hold times so my family and i don’t waste our money. We will go to the clarksville location where the staff is friendly and the food is hot and fresh everytime

Employees are cold, unfriendly, and rude. They take forever to take your order even though you’re the only car in drive thru. They look very unprofessional as well. No uniforms, no proper gloves or no sense to tie up long hair when dealing with food, not even a proper smile.

Went through the drive thru at lunch, and even though there were not many customers, the line moved slow, and I had to be pulled to the side after the wait because they had to cook my fish. After waiting another 5 mins my food came out fresh but slightly overcooked. The employees were friendly, just slow.
