My experience here was fine. Ordered on line, used the tracking app for status and it was ready on time. Used the contactless pick up portal and the pizza was pretty good. Can’t speak about customer service since I didn’t interact with anyone but I was pleased with my first time at this Little Caesar’s.

it was hott and fresh and ready to take home. The place was well kept and clean, along with the employees. they were very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. the pizza tasted freshly baked without having to sit 3hrs in warming draws. I’ll most certainly eat there again. one the best part was it didn’t cost as much as the other brands that are franchised. it’s affordable no matter what budget along with premium quality ingredients. what you waiting for indulge knowing your getting the best

service has gotten alot better ..A while back the service was ridiculous . As well as some of the employees and manager at the time ,rude as hell . But since they have they have Miss Linda back ,the service is great .She is on it and is doing great. You can actually go in and ask for a hot and ready and not have to wait..Very convenient. I don’t mind going at all now.

Seems like they haven’t had good service in a really long time. They used to always have the hot & ready pizza’s prepared so it was a fast visit , not anymore…you usually have to wait..longer than 10 minutes the service could be better….way better.
