Ordered KFC through Doordash. Driver had to cancel order due to the fact that the restaurant closed early. Great way to run a business. Go figure more lazy people that probably want a higher minimum wage for their minimum effort.

We stopped in on 6-25-2023 around 1:00 p.m. When we got there the two female employees were sitting in the dining room eating Mcdonalds. After a couple minutes they got up and started helping people in the drive through that had been waiting. After about 20 minutes of standing at the register and not being helped we decided to leave. The employee with pink in her hair looked over at us about 5 times and continued to ignore us. There were two other people in the dining room. But it didn’t seem like they wanted to help people inside. We could also hear them being rude to the customers in drive thru. After reading other reviews for this location this seems to be an ongoing issue for at least a year.

It was about 8:00 p.m. when I went there apparently they were out of the chicken that goes in the bowls so they made me pull around to the front door so they figured out what they could do to make my bowl and I got five tiny pieces of chicken in it that was the worst meal I ever had from there. Not to mention they made me go all the way around the building from the drive-thru and park in front of the front door so I had to go all the way around the building again to get out of the parking lot terrible.

REALLY DISGUSTING . . . .I’ve been in this area since the early 80’s and so has this KFC. It used to be fine but it seems like since Covid and then Hurricane Ian, IT HAS DEFINITELY GONE DOWN HILL FOR SURE. My mother was in a nursing facility, had surgery and was just starting to get her appetite back. I asked her what I could bring her and she said KFC. I stopped for a 3 piece chicken meal which cost over 10 dollars. When I got to the facility we looked at the chicken and all 3 pieces looked fine at first glance but when you turned them over the other side was so greasy. They obviously had been sitting in grease for quite some time and frankly it was just plain nasty. It was around 3PM when I dropped by but that is no excuse. What they serve should be fresh. I certainly wouldn’t have argued with them if they made me wait for a fresh batch. It was a total waste of over 10 bucks and I will not be going back unless I know the management has straightened out the employees. They should know better. No wonder they have so many bad reviews here.

NEVER AGAIN! Don’t go unless you want salmonella/ food poisoning!!! Recently I went to the KFC IN NORTH FORT MYERS, Florida and was disrespected by an employee working there, now the Manager on duty didn’t do anything or intervene to help me. She just stood there entertained by it all. After purchasing my food, I let the employee know hey if you don’t want to fix my food you don’t have too since you have a bad attitude already! And he didn’t use gloves or wash his hands when preparing my food, that’s why I spoke letting him know hey don’t make it if you’re going to complain about washing your hands! Simple procedures that they have to follow anyways! The employee, He then started bickering going back and forth, cursing me out in front of my MOTHER! In front of other guests that was there in the lobby awaiting, (they left during it by the way.) They want your money but don’t want to work for it! No human decency, no mutual respect. I say all that to say this, I never felt so bad, so dirty, so disgusted by a Restaurant ever in my entire life! Just unprofessional, unsanitary & GHETTOOO! If you want to get yelled at like your some 5year old child & get sick then this is the place to go! You’ll be on the toilet for years! You’re welcome and god bless! Oh yeah and during us arguing he left out one of my items I paid for, I hope it wasn’t on purpose but hey it’s fine cause KFC IS CANCELED FOR ME & my FAMILY! I even called the manager to let her know before it would get to this point but they never answer ! I tried but no thank you.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I suggest going to Publix for chicken, or just stay home and cook. Negative 1 stars. Employees are just standing around when there are customers waiting. When you finally receive your food it’s undercooked or burnt. Popeyes is way better, and Publix chicken is better.
