This might be my new favorite food truck. I ordered the quesabirria and it was excellent. It was less crispy than I was hoping, but the flavor was all there. The consommé was a different color than I’ve had before. It didn’t have that typical orange grease floating on top. At first I was a little disappointed but then when I tasted it, I was 100% satisfied. It has a very distinct flavor and is absolutely delicious. The lady who took my order was not very friendly, but I was fine with it because the food was so dang good. My order cost about $15 and that included the $2 sour cream (for a very small container). It was ready pretty quick and came with a couple slices of radish and cucumber. Worth every penny.

1st time eating here and it was delicious af. One of the best birria I’ve ever had. I got the Birria Tacos and my kids got the Quesabirria and we devoured it. I live in Eugene and I might just have to make another trip specifically for the food. Defff recommend

The food itself is great. Red head at the front could be a LOT nicer and not lose track of my order even after saying my order verbally, then adding “one more minute!”, to receive food 15 minutes later, a box I see that was under several other boxes of people who ordered after. wanted to leave more stars!
