They make Excellent deli sandwiches. Great assortment of delicious, fresh deli meats. Many traditional Polish choices. Very friendly family business. Have had many dinner items for take out. Pierogi, golumpki, pork chops, etc. All delicious.

Food was good but service was horrible. Never refilled my drink. Sent us home with the wrong soup. My grandmother asked for her bread to be packaged so it didn’t get sauced on the way home, and instead she had to wrap it in her own napkin. Felt ignored by the waitress. Very disappointed in our experience.

Anytime we’re remotely close ( within a half hours drive) of Potts, we make sure we stop in to eat as well as buying dozens of frozen pierogies to take home with us. Even after having outpatient surgery at nearby Buffalo General, we still went out of our way before going home to go to Potts. I can still remember how shocked I was after going there for the first time years ago. From its location and outward appearance it’s extremely unassuming. I don’t say this lightly; but you need to try it. I promise that you’ll have one of the best meals of your life.
