Our waitress, Carol, was delightful, and the food came out quick and hot. I enjoyed the huge breakfast meal, and the portions were massive. I’d have been perfectly happy with all of this except the location is not well cleaned, and I spent the entire meal sitting there having to constantly swat away flies. The cleanliness seems an easy problem to fix, and it’s an otherwise perfectly fine place for some solid breakfast food.

When my family and I showed up we were one of two tables. Our server greeted us and brought us our drinks. She then asked us if we needed more time to which we responded that we did. 15 minutes went by and we see our server telling her coworkers good bye and as she walked out the door she asked us if we were ready and told another server we were ready. Then another 5 minutes went by and our new server came to get our order. The food was on the side of cold when it came to our table, our drinks were never once refilled, and my fiancé’s basket was missing the chicken – only had the few shrimp pieces. When we were ready to pay, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes before our server rang us out.

We eat here at least 3-5 times a week breakfast and dinner one of the few good restaurants here we usually get Summer Depper. She is always friendly talking to customers and treats them like family and welcome. We like the food and service. They also are one of the few restaurants in highland that honor veterans by offering a discount

Walked in and noticed the place was clean, we sat down and was greeted and our drinks were brought to us, we both got omelettes, they were really good. Bottom line, great food, friendly service, something that is hard to find these days. We will be back!
