I LOVED the red-bull infusions. I’m upset they don’t sell red-bull anymore. It’s cool that they have their own “scoot” energy or whatever but it doesn’t taste the same. RIP red-bull infusions 1998-2023 ☹️

I’ve come to scooters so many times and when I went to go order a small one for my daughter but didn’t want her to have the espresso I told them to put it in my large because I’m already paying for it I got charged and they looked at me like they didn’t understand. Last week when I asked for a flat lid for later but told them I want a dome lid I got a flat and I explained everything clear like I do to my kids. But maybe their boss should tran them like they should be.

Don’t try to tell customers that a vanilla flavored cold brew is going to be any where near as good as Starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold brew is. I got one today in Yankton and the vanilla flavor is way too strong. It’s really kind of disgusting, especially when you’re getting charged extra for a shot of vanilla flavoring. Never again!
