I just ate here for the first time about 10 minutes ago. I got the “Mom’s Porchetta Sandwich” and good lord. It was quite literally the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The porchetta was so juicy and flavorful, and the broccoli rabe on top was such a nice compliment. I only ate half of it because of how huge it was, but the whole ride home I kept thinking about sneaking another bite even though I was stuffed. The excellent sandwich and a good order of fries was only about $13 and it was more than worth every penny. My girlfriend and I both agreed that Sauce is going to be a regular spot for us from now on

Stopped by here to get a little something to nibble on but ended up have a full meal and dessert. When you come in you are greeted by the family that runs the resturant. They immediately make you feel comfortable. The food is prepared to order and is made on time. The food taste great with the added bonus of all sauces being their own. The flounder sandwich was great and the added homemade tartar sauce only made it better. They sell authentic Italy desserts which adds a special end to you meal. It was an overall great experience and I would be happy to re visit.

Came here last night for our first time for my husband’s birthday. I have a culinary background and our family from Jersey are a bit of foodies themselves. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Do yourself a favor in order? The arancini combo cause I guarantee you you won’t be able to find a favorite. My husband got the West End burger and he kept raving about it. I got the Tuscan chicken..the pesto is so fresh and the tomatoes bacon jam is so perfect.

Dinner tonight-Lemon Chicken (my favorite),Meatballs and and Penne.Freshly made -delicious according to my husband.Enough left for tomorrow’s lunch.The whole place is spotless.A homey atmosphere with delicious aromas from the kitchen resulted in an enjoyable visit to Sauce.

Oh my goodness! Finally Brodheadsville has a place “team”, obviously! That wants to put in the work. This place was fantastic and coming from a little bit of a food background. My wife and i could tell immediately that we were going to have a very flavourful day/evening! I highly recommend trying this place out! We can’t wait to come back! Also very AFFORDABLE!!!!!
