oh my god. Amazing. We’ve been looking for a place that has authentic and good tamales since we moved here. We just tried their tamales at a stand at the expo. 4 tamales and a horchata. Like a breath of fresh air. I almost cried. Everything was perfect. Please do yourself a favor and get as many tamales as humanly possible.

I ordered over a week in advance and then when we went to pick up they said they didn’t have some of it ordered a dozen beef and it dozen chicken but I had no clue being a Mexican beef would be grounded so disappointing no discount on them not having my order I will never go there again. I ended up getting all my beef but not my chicken they gave me two jalapeno cheese and two cheese tell me does cheese cost more then meat… completely disappointed in this place

We wanted last minute tamales around Christmas. We called and they told us to call back the next day because they didn’t know if they were making more. Later that night we got a call asking how many we wanted. We placed our order and drove from Myrtle Creek to Central Point. We walked in the smell was heavenly. The people that run this place are extremely nice and very accommodating. The tamales were outstanding. The masa was moist and the meat had amazing flavor. Love the chili and cheese ones too. Thank you. We will be back.

Super!!! If you like tamales you better come here. Had the cheese and Jalapeño and chicken, both were excellent. Bought a dozen for home, plus 4 to eat in the parking lot just to take the edge off. Don’t let the exterior scare you away, didn’t your momma tell you not to judge a tamale by its cover? Very sweet lady working hard here, making tamales in Medford for years. Enjoy…

Don’t get turned away by the façade, these are the most authentic and delicious tamales in Oregon. I got half a dozen chicken for only $12. They had a delicious yet not overly spicey green sauce. Must stop for anyone wanting an authentic Mexican flavor journey. Quick note: there is no seating inside or outside, but there is a park less than half a mile away with a covered picnic table that is perfect to eat take out at.

Tamale Factory makes the best tamales I have ever had! They are moist, without being mushy or dry. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the owners are great. Love being able to enjoy and support this local business!

I was craving authentic homemade tamales and looked for a place in my area found this place got the pork and the jalapeno cheese with there homemade salsa .. They are SO good! Extremely fresh and tasty, will definitely be back again!
