The pizza dough seems to be getting thinner and the sauce seems to be thick and chunky like it was store bought. The quality has consistently gone down over the past year+. The staff is always friendly and polite, but service and quality of food is what makes the experience great.

Will NEVER order here again. Feel like their quality and care of food just keeps going down everytime we ordered from there. Just ordered their taco pizza, chicken fingers platter and cheesesteak. The taco pizza was a soggy mess! Seems like the middle was not even cooked all the way. Couldn’t even pick up a slice of pizza, that’s how soggy it is. Their chicken fingers was all bread no chicken and their fries was also soggy. The only thing good was their cheese steak.

Called in an order here for pickup. It was ready in 15 minutes. I got a cheese steak with extra cheese, and I could actually taste it! Was worth the extra charge. Would reccomend this place

This has always been my go to place for lobster ravioli. I got it today and all I can say is GROSS!!!! It didn’t have even a hint of lobster flavor. It looked and tasted like it was filled with bread stuffing. Prices go up and quality went away down. Won’t be going there anymore

I was craving spaghetti and meatballs and normally, would never order this out,but took a chance and boy did they deliver! Figuratively and literally! The red sauce was very flavorful and perfectly seasoned with a beautiful consistency. 2 large meatballs were on top. They were perfectly moist and seasoned. I was truly so happy with every bite! Lol. Oh! and they added a little loaf of garlic bread! I can’t wait to try the other items on the menu.

Food was so good. The cheesesteak was flavorful and actually came with extra cheese. The cheddar cheese fries were hot and overloaded with cheese. Added bonus was the super easy drive thru pick up. My order was ready in 15 minutes and was still hot when we got home. Thank you!

We love Palermo. The owners are very nice and hard working. They have a great staff and the food is wonderful. Prices are very affordable. It’s one of very few restaurants that has lots of different things that I like. I can choose my fav slice of pizza, a gyro, a Cheesesteak, or a great small side salad that is bigger than most salads at other restaurants, and have my Cheesesteak on my salad. Plus it has Yuengling on tap to go with my pizza. They are so busy. It’s a very popular neighborhood restaurant. Lots of take out.
