Just ordered food from here for my family of 3, never again. I ordered a brisket sandwich combo, the sandwich was disgusting. Was mainly gristle and veins, and absolutely drowned in sauce. My wife got the chicken salad sandwich,which just fell apart and had so much mayo she couldn’t gag it down. My sons order of chicken nuggets was the only thing that was edible. We’ve learned our lesson and will not spend another penny with Arby’s for a very long time.

I really like Arby’s but the service is less than desirable. Almost every time I go there it seems they cannot get the order correct. I’m so tired of my orders being wrong. I ordered loaded fries today with krinkle cut fries and they gave me curly fries instead. I felt so cheated. It’s not like the food was free. I paid for something I did not want. I know it’s not easy being short staffed but it seems to me that they could at least check the order before handing it to customers. My bad for not checking it also but I shouldn’t have to check every time I place an order. They were not even busy

There is a negative attitude with the lady who waited on me at the drive through as well as the lady who finally brought my order to where they had me park. I had to go back inside to get the sauces we asked for. NEVER was a word spoken let alone a thank you except for the thank you I prematurely gave them.

Went in for take out. The dining room was clean. Bathrooms were nasty. Food was good and fresh and fast but they left out my sauce I paid for and a small fry. Be sure to check it before you leave.

I must admit that I do not go to Arby’s that much just got tired of the hamburgers and fries and wanted something different. I can tell when I walked in the door that this wasn’t going to be your normal burger and fry joint. I visited the restaurant around 5:30 or 6 pm on a Friday evening and I seen the manager on the front register, another lady on the drive thru, and one gentleman in the back make sandwiches for both sides, they were going to need some help. The manager would occasionally pop in the kitchen to help make sandwiches but you know what? This team had the best attitude about the situation I have ever seen. I guess they figure complaining wouldn’t going to help the situation and it would only make matters worse. As you can see in the photo the health food score are wonderfully and the food is great. Everyone did what they had to, to make customer experience better although they were at a advantage.

Food was just thrown together, order a deluxe hamburger combo, look like the special sauce was poured on the sandwich, buns was soggy, order 3 of them one bun was so tough like it was warned to long in the microwave, i called to speak with a manager, girl at drive thru stated that it wasn’t one there, but she would redo the order, but I refuse, and just requested a refund, I spent over $50
