My family and I came into Burger King the other day and it was super hot and muggy. I love the staff they are amazing! The food is always good! There is one thing I honestly don’t get! What gets me Is it’s really hot in that building like if there is no AC. I feel so bad for the staff that is working hard in the kitchen and they are dying of heat!! It’s not fair to them! PLEASEEE GET THIS AC fixed!!! it’s the summer time as well! They should NOT BE WORKING IN THAT HEAT IN THE KITCHEN!!!!! If I have too I will leave a review everyday until y’all fix it!!

A couple weeks ago I ate at this Burger King location on my lunch break a couple days ago and the service was VERY slow. There were 5 other customers in the restaurant waiting on their food. It took about 25 minutes for my food to come out. I love Burger King, but I had a very poor experience at this location. The lady at the cash register argued with the manager in front of me while I was placing my order. She was frustrated and not very friendly. After I placed my order, as stated, it took about 25 minutes for me to get my food. When I finally got my food my whopper was room temperature and the fries were a little stale. Because I was on my lunch break I had to ate real quick and leave in order to get back to work. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day that day or what, but I went back again yesterday to give it another try. Again, it took about 20 minutes to get my food and there were 3 other customers in the restaurant. My food was hot this time which was a relief, however, the girl at the cash register, again, was arguing with the manager in front of customers. I don’t think I will be going back to this location anymore, because the employees are very slow and no one seems to care about friendly customer service. Burger King, #sendhelp

I have never in my 61 yrs of life left a place having paid my money but had nothing when I left. This is the worse experience I have ever had. Customer service, atmosphere, food quality all bad. First off, the girl got my order wrong. I let it go. Then it took 16 min. to get my order when there was only one other person there. I got it, it was cold. The front girl and cook were arguing with each other. A lady came in from the drive-thru with a complaint. The guy before me had a complaint. I requested my order redone, girl took it, threw it away, didn’t say anything to me, told her mgr. Mgr told the kitchen to redo the order. Waited, nothing. I asked the girl to never mind, just give me a refund. She said I’d have to talk to the mgr. I ask the mgr, he talks to the kitchen again, when I said never mind just give me my money back bc by now its been 25 min. since I ordered. He says he is not authorized to give refunds. I asked for the District Mgr ph #, he says “I dont have it”. I asked for the corp. ph #, “I don’t have it, I don’t have any numbers”. This was a situation that I knew if it kept on, it would get real bad so I left. I will be battling with corp. tomorrow.

Safe to say worst burger king experience ever. I stood in line for 15 minutes before anyone even noticed me. Their food is very obviously not fresh. Ive had multiple issues with wrong orders. And their customer service is awful.

Ok, once again, it’s fast food, so lower your expectations. The young man behind the counter today was very polite, and i witnessed him going out of his way to help some elderly patrons. One of the reasons that I frequent BK is that it’s about the only fast food joint that i can count on to always have jalapeños for my burger. I did notice that my whopper patty seems to have fallen victim to the current shrinkflation trend. To my eye, it seems to be about 1/3 less thick than it was before the pandemic. Still tasty.

Used a coupon and purchased two (2) Jr. Whoppers with two (2) small fries. I had them hold the ketchup, and lightly touch it with mayonnaise. When you tell fast food establishments to hold the ketchup and go easy on the Mayo, it throws them off completely. I like mustard on my hotdogs and burgers, and ketchup and mayonnaise just makes a “Soup Sandwich” with the younger generation. Oh, the French fries were good while they were warm, but once they got cold, they were hard as rocks.

I order in the drive-through today as I do almost every morning… The lady was very polite and friendly I must say… The only thing is I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits hash Browns and a sprite… I ate one of my biscuits and got ready to drink my soda something told me to pop the lid off of the cup… Thank God I did it was a huge net sitting at the top of my cup still moving… Man I love to eat at that place but I won’t be doing that anymore never again… I called them to ask them for a full refund She said OK.. If they have book issues they should call someone out to take care of that because they can make someone very sick… I am feeling ill just by eating the biscuit and knowing that nets are in the building. They definitely just lost a loyal customer I’m so disgusted …

Ordered a #3 combo and 8pcs nugget and the fries was the only decent item. The sandwich nuggets and drink was all bad. Sandwich was made very lazy with everything stacked in the middle. Drink taste like water. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
