Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan.
Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling. Similar to the French style of making consomme, they were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant, and full of depth. Devoted to replicating the incredible flavor of traditional Japanese ramen, if equal substitutes for ingredients are not found within the country, Kizuki Ramen imports the ingredients directly from Japan.
Hip venue serving Japanese noodle soups & small plates, plus whiskey, sake & beer amid artful decor. Based on 725 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.7 stars. Price $$

A place with good ambiance. Too bright inside the restaurant with multiple bright lights right over our heads. Unfortunately the food was not to our family’s liking. Very scanty vegetarian options. It might be a great place for pork eaters and ramen lovers.

The atmosphere of this place was really nice! I definitely felt that the ramen could have had a lot less salt and by the time you got to the bottom of the bowl it was just pure salt. Don’t think I’m going to be going back.

We go all Kizuki in Seattle area but this one is the cleanest restaurant (especially restroom) and friendliest staff. You will understand what I’m talking about when you come here

They have one option for vegetarians. It is very tasty but tofu is an add on for the vegetarian option. We also ordered a drink which was good to taste but not presented very well. The potato croquettes were amazing.

Our first time to this restaurant we loved it all 3 of us. Loved it. What more can I say except that we loved it? The noodles are slightly out Dente which is unique to them. I thought that was fabulous and they were delicious. So with that said, it’s a matter of deciding what you really want with your noodle. Prices were fair more than fair. Actually, I’ve had higher prices at worst restaurants. And this place was very good, very nice, very clean. Top quality top-notch very impressive. The staff could been a little more attentive. Very many times they sat not sat but stood around. But not really making Eye contact with you so that I could get a fork for my daughter. I did not realize they were actually on the table in a small box under the napkins. I think it was an applicant, but it’s a drawer at your table. So that would help for the next time.

We came here for the first time yesterday. It is a busy location but seemed to move pretty quickly. The portions were big for the ramen and they had fun sides to offer. I would have liked more broth in the ramen as there are a lot of noodles and it soaks up a lot of the broth before you’re able to eat a good amount of it. Other than that it was a good experience!

Ordered Chicken Tan Tan noodles and Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. Sevice was very quick. Loved the Tan Tan but Garlic Tonkotsu was too salty for my taste. If you are having this, ask for the less sodium option.
