Employees staring at their phones and not helping older ladies who didn’t want to order on the kiosks. Fries were cold and droopy. All the tables were dirty but it wasn’t terribly busy. Some of the music being played wasn’t very family friendly. The apples in the happy meal were brown and nasty looking…. 3 days past their expiration date. One extra star for the rest of the food being decently fresh and good and the clean fun playground. Hope its growing pains and it gets better.

Finally a McDonald’s with someone at the register to take your order and help you when you need something. The kiosks are convenient but I would much rather deal with a person. I hate stopping somewhere and all the people behind the counter ignore you and expect you to use the kiosk. Please don’t fall into those habits.

I was so excited to hear Salem would be getting a McDonald’s. But the food is disappointing. Please make sure your employees are retrained on majing sandwiches. Many of my sandwiches have been made wrong – one of my orders was missing a whole patty for my double double. I want to keep coming here it’s very fast and convenient but it’s becoming a frustrating experience.
