This was our first time here. For the amount of money your spending I feel the food should be better. The breading on the chicken does not stay on the chicken, the plain chicken doesn’t really have any flavor unless you sauce it. My wings were not sauced, the chicken fell completely out the breading and the pop machine was broken and had no low calorie drinks. I would have rather paid my money for kfc.

We’ve been here a few times since opening and their food has improved with different combinations. We got the chickz bowl and the OG classic and they were both delicious and juicy. Customer service is kind of eh, but that’s expected with teenagers. We will be returning again.

Visited 4-8 for dinner. The entire inside of the restaurant was disgusting. It was very dirty, greasy, & sticky. None of the tables were cleaned, the napkin dispensers were empty, the floors were sticky, and everything in there seemed to be coated with a layer of fryer oil. I asked an employee for a wet rag so I could clean my table and a nice gentleman came out with a paper towel and just smeared the mess across the table. I understand each order is made fresh but it took longer than expected. I ordered wings and they came out burnt, over cooked and dry. I won’t be back.

Came in around 2 pm on a Monday there was only one guy working, Rami, but he was working very fast and the service was good. I got the chicks bowl and it was delicious, definitely try it! Everything tasted great and the store was clean.

Loved the food I got the Nashville chicken sandwich with a Oreo milkshake. Very clean dine in area fast and fresh food. Talked to the group of employees and they were all happy and excited to work this will be my new go to lunch spot.

Highly unlikely this place makes it to the end of the year. It really just doesn’t know what it is trying to be. First and foremost the name does not tell you that the focus is hot chicken. For a lot of people they are immediately going to be disappointed when you see the menu. It’s very limited. It’s further disappointing when they are out of things, in our case they were out of wings. The two teens that were left to run it could have really done a lot more for the customer experience, but I don’t blame them. Older management should have been on site to guide them and very clearly the management just does not care. The place was dirty, soda machine didn’t work, they overcooked the chicken, forgot to make the shake. Overall it was a terrible first impression and customers just deserve better. At over $40 for 3 people to eat your money would have been better spent about anywhere else.

I had the wings, my son had the Nashville sandwich , he got to it before I could take a picture. The sandwich was full of flavor , juicy and big. The Cajun fries were good too. The gentlemen and the young lady at the front counter were very helpful and pleasant even though they were very busy. It’s difficult to find good customer service, so with that plus delicious food I highly recommend this place!

This chicken is hands down the best chicken spot we’ve been to. We traveled from Ohio and stayed at the hotel near the area and thought to try something new. I’m so happy we did. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the honey garlic sauce was wangin. To this day I tell my husband we need to make a trip just for this. We will definitely be back.
