Ribs were old & cold! I called them to avoid making a review to see what could be done about the ribs I received being cold & she told me nothing basically & that they checked the other food & it was hot. I’m not dumb and trust I know fresh food. These were not fresh at all! Instead of fixing the mistake or giving fresh food she said she couldn’t do anything about it! I always order from here & never had a problem until today but now I’ll never order again based off the customer service alone! You can tell that these definitely wasn’t fresh!

Shane’s has lost a long time customer with me and my family. Their food has consistently been terrible tasting, overcooked, and SCRAWNY portions. This is a 10 boneless wings, tossed in teriyaki and clearly they can’t toss in sauces anymore. Not to mention some of the wings are smaller than my pinky and harder than a rock! Awful! Shane’s used to be so good. Not anymore. DON’T waste your money here.

The place has gone downhill. Been going here since 2002. I’m sure covid and how the world is now affected things… but now the chicken tenders are half maybe 1/3rd of the size they used to be. Now they charge almost $2 extra to toss your tenders on top of the tenders cost!? That’s a first for me. I order 6 peice tenders and fries and a pork sandwhich. Over $20!! Crazy. You cant even go inside anymore too. Covid is over. Maybe they are still remodeling. So weird. Not sure if I’ll be going back… used to be my go to for football games and stuff. Not anymore.

Ordered an OG family meal from McDonough location. The food was great but the service could’ve been better. In the past when ordered they brought out to car. When I ordered they told me to go in. The one waitress (assumed was new) went to get our food off the counter and when she asked another employee about it she was rude with her in front of us. Then when I asked about sauce she got rude with us. My daughter just moved here and was thinking about asking about job – as she has plenty of customer service and food/cook experience- but when found out how the employee was chanted her mind.

I thought I’d try coming here again to see if their wings were back to their original size, but alas they are not. See photo. My finger is pressed on the wing and you can barely see the wing. Paid almost $12 for this lunch basket of 5, nearly meatless, wings. Looking for new places if anyone has suggestions.

shanes is still dine out only until April 23, 2023. these were the best baby backs I’ve had in years! they were loaded with meat and lean like I want it! I can’t stand getting BBQ and biting into a huge glob of fat. I also had the pulled pork which was also lean. for sides I had Brunswick Stew which was slightly sweet but full of pulled pork. Fries were my other side they were soggy, so I deducted 0.5 stars for that. My wife had chicken wings extra hot…. they barely had any heat to them. there was a good amount of meat on the wings, but they were way too salty. i can’t give more than 4 stars because of those. I will happily return and this time ask for crispy fries. my wife will skip the wings and order the baby back with pulled pork as well. I wish I took pictures, but I was too hungry 🙂

Service virtually non existent barbeque was good sides not really something to make you want to return and probably won’t. This was the original one and the franchise stores I’ve been too seem much better very sorry but you can’t rest on the laurels from days gone by.

I LOVE SHANES! I was one of the first patron’s when you initially opened and sang praises! That said, lately the service has been disappointing. Over salted food & burned/overcooked ribs. Then an online order for curbside pickup wasn’t handled well….when I got there early, I tapped “I’m here” and got the “Success” response only to sit another 15 minutes past the pickup time. I called inside and was told “Oh, we’ll you can just come-on in.” I didn’t want to come in due to back issues…that was the whole idea of ordering CURBSIDE PICK UP! If you’re not going to offer the service, then take the parking lot signs down!! – Come-On Guys!! You’re better than this!!!

The ribs were burnt to a crisp and cold. The Brunswick stew was pieces of meat with a sauce on top. A stew should be similar to a soup. I should need a soup and not a fork. I was super disappointed when I got home to this because I was craving BBQ.
