This is my first time at this store, but the food here is always good. They’re a bit expensive, but good. My budget doesn’t allow me to dine at this franchise regularly due to this. This store had worker pulling double duties. She was the cashier as well as cleaning and sweeping the floor. The other workers were extremely busy filling orders.

Great experience! Clean cafe, exceptional customer service, and delicious food. I left happy and I would absolutely recommend this location! Don’t waste your time at Checkers or Burger King. These are the best fast food Burgers in town. Plus the fries…ummm yea, they are incredible. If you are in the area, craving a great burger and you love fresh fries (and LOTS of them); stop in and order! Thank me later.

Had to wait to tell young girl that I had a call in order because I could clearly see her and another worker behind the kitchen door hugging and all over each other. Then when I get my food and get home, a total of 5 minutes my fries are cold as ice and burger has been sitting because it is barely Luke warm . Very disappointed in this location!! I have had good experiences in the past but almost $19 for a burger and fries and you expect more. Won’t be going back to this location!

I use to have no problem at this location but today on 09/16/2022 . I received a undercooked burger. I brought the burger back up there to show the Manager. He didn’t even care to see the burger just rudely ask if I wanted my burger to be remade or a refund … won’t be back at this location anytime soon . You would think that the manager would speak to the cook about making sure the burgers were cook properly instead of rushing due to lunch crowd !!

Definitely my favorite chain for a burger. Fast service, good food, accurate order… all hard to find these days. This location has all 3! My kids also swear by this place, and they are all picky eaters. Give it a shot, and you won’t be disappointed.
