I placed an order for 5 hamburger plates. After waiting for an hour, I was very disappointed with the burgers because the bread was hard, the fries were old (refried to make them hot) still received them cold. They must of tan out of salad because only one plate contained salad. We all ordered a plate which by default comes w salad and French fries. They did not at all consider that we requested the burgers cooked differently. When I called to see if we could some how resolve this disaster, I was met with hostility and condescendence. Will never pay for this disaster again! I strongly suggest you order from somewhere else!

Stopped here one night over the holidays, close to closing time and ordered a pizza to go…ive eaten A LOT of pizza in my 60 years —Chicago, New York, and even in Italy…far and away the BEST pizza I’ve ever had! The people who own and work at BHOP treat me as a friend and always take the time to chat with my family and I when we go in for food Big City taste.
