Let’s get into it!! Last night for dinner a friend and I checked out Sisters Thai in Alexandria! (They have some other locations as well). The atmosphere was really dope! There was a nice crowd even though the weather was not the best! To start off, I ordered a Queen Bee for my adult beverage. It was really, really good and has a bourbon base. For my appetizer I ordered the Bikini Shrimp. This was also a great choice! The shrimp is wrapped in the spring roll skin, so I did like that. For my entree, I asked our server some questions and decided to to go with the Pottery Shrimp. This delectable dish had glass noodles and crabmeat and came with a side of sticky rice. I was very happy that I went with that choice. So, so good! Now, I normally don’t get a desert but they had so many great options! I went with the Toffee Cake with Ice Cream! Wow!! So moist and tasty. It definitely hit the spot after a great meal! I would definitely check this place out if I were you!!

One of my favorite places to visit. Not only the staff and service is extremely efficient and fast, they always explain the menu well and give me all the options and options to try something new. Love their menu! It’s unique, has a great range of flavors and everything can be spicy or none at all. So great! The best part is probably the desserts! oh my!!!

It was a Friday dinner night at Sister’s Thai. The cocktail drinks were all a hit. For food, we ordered the calamari, steamed dumplings and pottery shrimp. Unfortunately we only enjoyed the drinks and the steamed dumplings, the calamari had this bitter after taste and the pottery shrimp was the most confusing, served in a pot and a side white rice. Since it came in a pot, I was expecting the dish to be some kind of a broth but it was dry as ever and am not sure what the white side rice was the for. This dish could be better. I would go back for the drinks and the ambience in future.

Kiki the manager anticipated all of my needs before I even realized that I had any… and Nuk the bartender is a mad scientist (in the best ways possible) when it comes to cocktails.
