Took a weekend getaway from NYC with my GF and we were so lucky to find this spot. The food was so delicious. Stuffed peppers, patatas bravas, flank steak, etc were all to die for. The owners were so welcoming and lovely to talk to. Will definitely be returning when we find ourselves in the area again.

So glad we came here. This tapas restaurant was a very good choice. The food is delicious, the staff is helpful and pleasant, the ambience is wonderful. We had the lamb chops, the Steak strips, the empanadas, the shrimp, and a few more different bites, which were all impeccable. I highly recommend this place.

The four of us were ready to talk and we found the perfect place to do so. Friendly front of staff, fabulous food and excellent wine. We selected a number of tapas plates while we sipped on the Cava, and they arrived in a steady stream, but perfectly paced. Octopus, plantain, artichokes, salad,.. We realised we need to talk more, so the prawns, yuca fries and rice – plus a terrific tempranillo. This is a place to embrace and support. It was excellent – go now!

Our first time back at Rojo since covid began. A beautiful new outdoor back garden has been created, and it is a lovely space for a leisurely tapas dinner. Since we were 4 people, it was great to be able to enjoy so many of the tempting dishes.

It was very quiet the night I went so my friend and I had lots of one on ones with the host; the food was excellent and she cared enough to make sure every wine paired well with the cheese board and meals. For dessert, I enjoyed the 30 year old port. It’s not often I have no negatives so let me say that these 5 stars are well earned.
