I was hoping for a diamond in the rough. This was just rough , not even edible . The ” Springfield cashew chicken” is NOTHING like any Springfield Cashew chicken I have had it’s rubbery & tough & the sauce is almost black not golden brown. The crab Rangoon was runny & the sauce had a bitter after taste, very bright red. Not even going to mention the rice . If it wasn’t 40 min trip to take it back I would . I truly dislike leaving any negative comment but save your money go the 45 min to Springfield & find the ORIGINAL restaurant that serves this . I’m having hotdogs now , the 3 cashew meals went in the trash.

The first time we had their food, it was great. When we returned recently, the food was gross. The vegetables were so soft that they didn’t look like vegetables, and the noodles were complete mush. Doubt that we will try again.

Food is great and service is FAST! Currently they are only doing take-out (as of this date in March 2023). My favorite place to eat in Bolivar. Plenty of parking in this strip mall. The food is worth it along with the price. Since the restaurant is not open to seating it is worth mentioning that there is nowhere nearby to sit and eat. You will need to take home or eat in your vehicle (that’s what we do usually).
