I’ve been coming here off & on for 11 years. Usually convenience and fiscal reasons. Usually food’s not ready and service is terrible and the people behind the counter don’t care that you’re there. But I saw a new guy on the counter today, or at least new since I’ve been there last, told me his name was Preston. I definitely could start coming here a lot more with that type of service. I think I’ll give them more chances for my business now.

The pretzel stuffed crust pizza is awesome (the cheese choice is a little too salty maybe try pizza sauce instead). But, the wait time for your on- line order is awful. Someone has to wait on you to get pizza if electronic doors for your order are not working. Also, if that happens, you must show your name with order # not only the online # you get for your order. I’m sure if they fix electronic door issue your experience for on-line order will be GREAT & much faster.

I would like to give recognition to the manager Shy!!! She is always smiling and her customer service is excellent!! She always remembers my name and welcomes incoming customers with a smile! I use to dread coming in and waiting on my order due to the long wait time, but since she has been there the wait time and vibe is completely different! Give that girl a raise!! $$$

If you’re trying to get a hot and ready, don’t hold your breath. The least I’ve ever waited for one here is probably 25mins. Also if you try to make an order on the phone most times they won’t answer and say their phones are broken. If you make it online, be prepared to still wait JIC.

No one is ever at the register, nor do they answer the phone. They take forever. Are rude and disrespectful. I order a pepperoni and a cheese pizza every time I come in and it’s always a different price! They never give out a receipt. When I recommend that they fix their card machine I was told it wasn’t a problem with the machine I was just broke. Which is definitely not the case i used another card and it went through just fine. If the machine is glitching then they need to fix stop getting an attitude with customers over your problem.

We love the pizza, but add at least an hour to the time they give you for pickup. Frequently the pizza is ‘missing’ or it takes 30 extra minutes for someone to tell you it’s just being started.
