Second bad experience I’ve had here. Ordered at 5:30 pm, food wasn’t delivered until 7:06pm. We had to call to be told they had a “rush” and were told our food hadn’t even left the building. Right after we got off the phone our food showed up. We were promised it would be hot when it came. It was not, all the food was Luke warm, food chewy, food soggy. cheesey bread looks like it only the cheese was cooked. $63 for this. On top of that the girl that took the order was rude and had an attitude.

I love Carbone’s, but this location was a huge disappointment. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and the toppings were so sparse that basically half the pizza was a cheese pizza. I’ll make the drive to Rosemount to get my Carbone’s fix from now on.

Overpriced and underwhelmed by this. I now realize why I haven’t been back here in 10 years. There were about 12 pieces of sausage on this cracker thin crust. I weighed it when I got home (yes, I weighed it). With the box included it weighed 17.5 ounces. That’s nearly $20.00/lb. The flavor wasn’t bad but I was taken to the cleaners. This is why I make fresh pizza at home. I’d say see you in 10 years but I won’t make that mistake again.
