These guys are bringing the vibrant flavors of Philly to Steamboat with their delicious, homemade cheesesteaks. Being from the east coast, I know a good cheesesteak.. this comes about as close as it gets and is the most authentic, delicious cheesesteak I’ve had in the state of Colorado. Find Jake and his “michelin” crew at the Boat Yard on Yampa St all summer long… you won’t regret it!

These guys crushed it at river fest!!! They served me up a juicy delicious cheesesteak after playing on the yampa river all day! I come from PA, not the cheesesteak side but still love them and would put Shreddies against any of the greats!

Hands down the best cheesesteak in Steamboat and will go toe to toe with any sandwich in the state. Made by a Philly boy, Jake knows what a cheesesteak should be and he deliverers. Can’t recommend enough.
