Grouch 1
Usually, come in and out for a quick bite before work. Their wraps are always too crispy and burnt, and hash browns still suck. I think like all fast restaurants when you order to go, they always give you old leftover stuff. I will have to try to order in store next time, but the lines are long here. It’s a busy area, so it’s understandable. The service is fine. The store is clean. Only food is mediocre.

I disagree with any of the low star rating reviews listed, because many of them are about their one-and-only experience at this location. Many factors could’ve been the reason for your negative one-time review, such as maybe it was you that rubbed that employee wrong, or maybe they were just having a bad day. We are all humans, and not all of us know how to control holding feelings in after a long day or when dealing with an irate person, so that’s why i disagree.

Walked into this Dunkin donuts, and was greeted with a smile. I ordered an iced Caramel Latte with 7 pumps or caramel, the girl at the register named Mary asked if I wanted a caramel craze latte instead and explained to me what it was, I am so glad she did, It was amazing the cinnamon sugar on top of the whipped cream is a game changer. So glad I went in there and Mary suggested this. Marys customer service was great too.

I’m a huge fan of coffee! I really enjoy getting iced lattes. I went into this location and I was unsure what to order. I typically get the same thing but I wanted to try something new. The staff here was so nice and helpful in my decision making. Ultimately I did try a new drink and it was great! I will absolutely go back to this location.
