I was extremely disappointed in how much sugar they added to sauce to kill acidity. The sauce has totally changed. They also have anyone working there. Was my favorite fast chain pizza. not anymore. I’m truly hurt a little today.

Rent Rochester
Service was terrible. Had to go back the store 3 times because cashier did not give me everything I bought. I asked for parmesan and crushed red peppers she told me price I went to get cash and when I returned she said she was mistaken it was a different price. TO top it all of when I finally got home with the food.. it was the wrong pizza and it was cold. Although I normally enjoy Pizza Hut, I wasted $80 and was extremely dissatisfied!

The pizza was delicious. However, the best part was the courteous delivery person. He placed our pizza at the door on top of the delivery bag, knocked, and stepped back so we could have contact free delivery. He was extremely nice, this is the 2nd time he has been our delivery person and he has been courteous and thoughtful both times. His attention to detail is much appreciated.
