The establishment was clean. The food was excellent and the portiins we’re great. Patato Salad and Baked beans we’re definitely homemade. Kool-aid Lemonade was awesome!!! They also have gumbo hotlinks and other items.

I Ordered 2 bowl’s of gumbo. It bomb digity good. They packed it up to go so it won’t spill over in your car my wife still saying how good it was a day later we’re definitely coming back soon.

I arrived at the resturant Friday around 7:30 pm. When i walked in there were 2 customer’s ahead of me and one person working this establishment. I placed my order was told it would be ready about 15 to 20 minutes. I told the worker that i will be waiting in my car. I noticed the customers that was ahead of me left with there order. I looked up the lady turned the closed signed and locked the door and grabbed her purse. I got out the car knocked on the door. She said she closed the store because she was told there was a suspicious person walking around. No she was leaving. She didnt even have my order ready told me she going to drop my chicken. I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. When i got home. The food was gross. I could eat it the chicken wasnt cooked well to soft. Mac and cheese was dry. The greens was loaded with salt. The cornbread was ok. I was shocked this was my second time eating here it wasnt like the first time. The food was good. I will not be coming here again.

Although the restaurant is only carrying a limited menu at this time, what they serve is superb! The staff/owners are extremely friendly and helpful, fully accommodating towards me on my first visit. Great experience, and I’ll be returning, hopefully to the full expanse of their menu.
