They always try to keep maximum AC off to avoid the electricity. If you request to sit in uper hall. They excuses that it is reserved. I came here more then 50 times. But maximum places are reserved. They want to sit all customer in one floor with one AC only.

Delivery was made 15 minutes earlier than I asked. Just doorbell ring and found food sitting on my porch, no delivery driver in site. Egg rolls are not the best, but not the worst I’ve had. Ordered Mongolian beef which was immediately put down the garbage disposal, it was flavorless and sitting in a pool of water. Also Ordered Sesame Chicken, it was horrible, no white meat to be found anywhere. I threw out all the food and went to Portillos. Don’t order from here, 42 dollars wasted. Only 1 container for rice for 2 entrees.

My friend and I decided to stop here after a recent Ravinia concert. A bit surprised to learn they were take out only, the weather outside was nice, so what the heck? I really enjoyed their Won Ton Soup and Kung Pao Chicken. My friend was a bit less enthused with her meal. She had shrimp appetizer and was not impressed. I will definitely go back if I am in the neighborhood, or after another Ravinia show, provided I don’t have my friend with me, I don’t think she would enjoy it too much. In the interest of full disclosure, she is picky.

Ordered delivery directly on their site during Covid. Within a minute of submitting the order, the restaurant called me to get clarification on a request I made. Delivery was quick. Food was very good. Spicy Lamb had great flavor but could have been spicier. Everything was excellent.

I would’ve gave the restaurant probably 4 to 5 stars The food was awesome ! The Eggrolls were delicious.. unfortunately I would never go there again only why I gave them 2 stars because of their customer service ! Very rude
