I tried to order a coffee with almond milk today (I’m lactose intolerant) and the lady that took my order was so rude to me and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience because “they would have to make it from scratch” I’ve never had a problem substituting milk before. She was extremely rude that I just ended up getting a normal one. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been to a lot of caribou’s. I’m an iced coffee addict. Love my caribou, but this location is the worst I’ve been to. My first attempt at this location I waited a half an hour for my drink, I was unaware that the one persons ahead of me had ordered 4 drinks and though there were 3 people behind the counter only one was doing anything. One folding boxes he was not new and one training. Nobody was helping this poor girl. I finally stopped waiting and left without my drink. I even asked for a refund and they couldn’t do it. I said keep it I’m late. 2nd attempt. Thankfully nobody ahead of me they give me more milk then coffee. Even request a fable shot! I quit.

Unfortunately this Caribou location is one of the worst when 1 particular employee is working. Not only is she rude to customers, but has no sympathy for them nor appreciation for her job. She does not understand what customer service means or to go above and beyond meeting expectations on her daily job. It is unfortunate to have an employee working for a great company who does not appreciate her job or intends to help customers to the best of their needs.

Went there 6/13/21 got two different coffees both tasted like black coffee with milk for color. More training should be done if this is how things are made. Worst cofee I’ve ever had.

Caribou Coffee generally has fair prices, great locations, excellent variety in product, polite+fun staff, and clean stores; and this cute little store is no exception. 🙂 I like that in a heavily caffeinated product line, they still have a few delicious non-caffeinated options for me, like smoothies or hot apple cider or hot chocolate, while my husband enjoys their Mochas. Thanks for the delicious drinks and wonderful service! <3 P.S. This coffee shop is located inside Hornbacher's, which is a very convenient feature. :)
