Order online when I received my ordered delivered to my house. The gentleman was very polite very respectful very friendly. The food on the other hand was not up to par,, pizza tasted Like dough and barely any pizza sauce on the pizza itself though. Once again though the delivery driver was awesome but the food was down hill.

We ordered a pizza for delivery which was delivered after one hour , on checking we found out that it was wrong pizza. When we called the store manager answered he agreed that wrong pizza was made but his solution was to send a pizza the next day. What a bad level of service where management thinks getting proper order a day late is an acceptable solution.

Manager is NOT customer friendly. The delivery person delivered the pizza to the wrong address and we NEVER got our pizza or a refund of our $21.55. We will NEVER utilize pizza hut on N. Fairfield Road, Beavercreek, OH 45431 again.

I didn’t get a name, but the guy working there Saturday evening on North Fairfield rd. was really courteous and even took the time to run pizza out to vehicle as soon as it was done before we made it to drive through as he saw we were waiting out in parking lot. It was greatly appreciated as I had 4 kids with me. The lady at the window was friendly as well when I checked to make sure order was in right. The pizza ended up being delicious and breadsticks were perfect.Thank you!!

This is the best pizza place to order from in Beavercreek! The drive through window is extremely convenient!! The food is consistently good and exactly what you order– I’ve only ordered through the app or online. Plus, it can be ready to pick up in about 10 minutes!

Well, ordered and they were not delivered. Saw 2 pizza boxes on my neighbors porch. Waited; still nothing. Called the store 20 times with no answer. Tried the option 1 button but was sent overseas. Then called Customer Service where the nice gentleman said they could get the pizzas to me by tomorrow and a refund would take 3 business days. Why have the store extension if no one answers it?

Today I placed my order ahead of time for delivery, by a few hours. The pizza was the best one yet from this location, it was fresh and hot and the driver was friendly and kind. I appreciated the fact that the pizza didn’t taste as thought it had been sitting in a car for a long period of time–it makes such a big difference when you order your food and receive it hot!
